For 5 days, we had Mr. Hahnelt and his training-group in our hotel, located in the middle of Fulda. They had to work really hard this week, but they were still able to put on a big smile on friday for this great group picture with the following statement for us:

“We are totally satisfied with this hotel. The rooms were bright and friendly, the food was plenty and very good. The whole staff was very friendly and the service was great in all areas and we are happy to come back.”

It is always our pleasure to welcome Tim Werk (“TA Triumph”) in our 3-Star-Superior-Hotel in Fulda. The harmony between our young and dynamic team and Mr. Werk worked right from the beginning, which is also visible in the picture. Mr. Harald Spahn-Dömling, member of the governing board of the “SOS Kinderdorf e.V.”, is a regular in our Altstadthotel Arte in Fulda. Mr. Spahn-Dömling gave his feedback to our front desk manager Manuela Siebert:
